Shamirah Yisrael is a dedicated advocate, mediator, and visionary with over 17 years of experience in conflict resolution. As the former owner of an inmate reentry program, she has long assisted men in reintegration, dispute management, and restoring fractured relationships. Her work has always been centered on creating structure, restoring dignity, and helping individuals navigate difficult transitions with clarity and support.
Now a Certified Advanced Mediator and Arbitrator, Shamirah brings formal training and lawful expertise to her deep-rooted practical experience. Her services at Mishpatim Global are informed by years of hands-on work and an unwavering commitment to fairness, order, and resolution.
